I am a wife, mother of four, and veteran with a passion for creating a happy and healthy life for myself and my family. My journey on this path started as an athlete and figure bodybuilding competitor to personal trainer and lifetime student. Over the years my passion grew into the desire for creating happiness and a well balanced life for myself, my family, and others. Focusing on holistic natural aspects of reducing stress and improving quality of life. I took this new passion and implemented it to every aspect of my life by being mindful of the food we cook and eat, how I garden, the products we use, and the techniques used to coach my clients. I have a B.S. in Health and Wellness and am a certified in personal training, health and nutrition coaching. My favorite quote:

"When I started training in July of 2019 with Brandy I was 195lbs. It was the heaviest I have ever been. Getting back in shape when you are 50 pounds overweight is hard and doing it without injury (because I tried on my own) super hard. In addition, I have a fused back which made it particularly challenging. Brandy was always sensitive to that and never gave me a workout I couldn’t handle.
Working with Brandy and making the decision to invest in my own healthy is one of my best decisions. I have lost 45 pounds and I could not have gotten there without Brandy. She taught me how to work out, how to eat right and how to be comfortable in a gym, something I have always struggled with, so I could do independent workouts.
